Parentification

A fictional psychodynamic story exploring parentification, childhood responsibility and the lasting impact of growing up too soon. Through the image of a Red Kite circling high above the countryside, Clara begins to reflect upon the roles she adopted in order to survive and the question of what happens when those roles become difficult to put down.
